Chapter 1: Activity Log

Introduction: This chapter is about the activity log that you must complete during your internship. This log is similar to the log you maintained last year during practicum.

Directions: There are 4 modules in this first chapter.  Begin with question 1 in module 1 and complete all the questions.  After each question, click on the arrow to move to the next question.  After all questions are completed in module 1, take a screenshot of your results and go to module 2 and answer those questions; then move on to modules 3 and 4.  As with module 1, take a screenshot of your results upon completion of all questions within each module.  Send the 4 screenshots to your instructor to document your completion of chapter 1.  Then, take a look at the short 2-minute video from an alumnus who will provide tips about developing the activity log.
