Chapter 1: Activity Log

Introduction 

An activity log spreadsheet is required for candidates to document their practicum fieldwork experiences.  This chapter will review how to record the required domain activities, as well as those additional activities identified in consultation with the Field Mentor, that meet fieldwork competencies.

Directions

There are 3 modules in this first chapter.  Begin with module 1 using the arrow to proceed through each of the questions. Proceed through modules 2 and 3.  Take a screenshot of your results of each module to forward to your instructor.  Next, watch a short 2-minute video from an alumnus who will provide tips about documenting your activities in the activity log.
